▍About Iyengar Yoga

Yogacharya Sri B.K.S. Iyengar is one of the most famous and influential yoga teacher in the world. He was selected "100 of the world's most influential people" of THE TIME 2004. Iyengar method is spread to all over the world.

There are 3 points of Iyengar method. "Alignment and Precision", "Sequence", and "Props".

Iyengar Yoga teachers are having the classical and appealing yoga lessons day by day. It's not easy to pass the Iyengar Yoga assessment. It takes many years to pass it. Teachers must keep practicing asanas and pranayama very much whole their lives.

▍About an Instructor

Mr. YAMAGUCHI Hiroya（Male, Japanese）was born in Kyoto in 1970.

He has learned Iyengar Yoga since 1998 and passed the assessment in 2007.

He is a certified teacher of Introductory Level Ⅱ and can speak English a little.

Name：Yoga Institute Kyoto Station

Class：3 classes in a week. 90 minutes.

・Thursday morning　10:00am to 11:30am

・Thursday evening　6:30pm to 8:00pm

・Saturday afternoon　1:30pm to 3:00pm

▍Fee

・Experience：1,000 yen

・Monthly (4 times in a month)：10,000 yen

・Ticket (6 in 3 month)：16,800 yen

・Visitor：3,000 yen

・Free Pass (12 times in a month)：13,000 yen

・Our institute is near the Kyoto Station. It takes 7 minutes on foot.

・Just next to the Shimogyo Ward Office.
